Crumbs famous Carrot Cake. The sponges are made with Italian meringue, which makes them both light and moist. We add copious amounts of freshly grated carrots and toasted walnuts. The filling is sweetened cream cheese.
This was one of our first cakes when we opened years ago and it'ss still our best seller today.
